Shipping, Tracking & Returns

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a skynet tracking number via email. Please contact Skynet directly with your reference number or collection request number when querying a shipment.

Use the waybill number e-mailed back to you after purchase to track your package. You can simply click on the number in the email to track your delivery. Click HERE to track your Skynet reference number

All orders placed before 10:00 will be process on that same day and collected by the courier later that afternoon. Please allow 3-5 working days for shipping. Please note, if you are not in a central location, there may be a further delay to this time to reach outlying areas.  

Returns 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are shipped a defective product, please notify us immediately. Any defective products will be replaced without charge. If the order you receive is incorrect, we will replace the item and refund your return shipping costs.

No other returns or exchanges are accepted. Mrs Milk & Chewbar do not claim responsibility for lost or stolen items that are confirmed as delivered by the courier to the address supplied during the transaction.
